Responsibility:
- Support OEM Department on project management issues
- Assist to arrange the project plan and the execution.
- Follow up the project materials situation
- Assist to prepare the technical documents
- Responsible for the sample project management
- Support OEM team with other daily work;

Requirement:
- Bachelor degree majored in electric engineering or automation
- Good ability of learning and accepting the new knowledge
- Good knowledge of MsOffice (esp. Excel, Word & Power Point)
- Energetic,open-minded with good communication skill;

- Office stationary booking,expense claim,travel application and claim for Commercial staff
- Follow up the documents for signature,like contract,quotation,budget,order release,etc,
then copy and filling if necessary
- Documents filling,including copy and scan job, periodically archive the historical contracts
- Responsible for Daily express delivery
- Support Commercial team with other daily work

Requirement:
