We are seeking outstanding entry-level candidates across a wide range of backgrounds to help us develop and execute some of China's most innovative travel and corporate event programs. WildChina is a challenging place that requires creativity, attention to detail, and solid project management skills. The positions would be based in Beijing.
　　Associates work closely in teams to design and execute travel programs for WildChina. Associates will have the opportunity to travel on WildChina trips to get a better understanding of what WildChina products are like, and in some cases may be called upon to lead trips.
　　Key responsibilities
　　?Conduct primary and secondary research to develop WildChina programs
　　?Understanding requirements of clients and providing customizing travel solutions
　　?Project manage and execute operations of a program
　　?Travel on WildChina programs and assist in program execution
　　Requirements
　　?Undergraduate degree from a top tier university
　　?Passionate about China culture and/or China Geography
　　?Excellent spoken and written English writing skills (Level 6 or above)
　　?Good command of computer skills (Microsoft office skills)
　　?Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with and coordinate across cross functional in an cross-cultural environment
　　?Proactive working style, accountable, customer oriented and well organized
　　?Track record of leadership in school activitie
