Job Title:

• Delivery Staff (full-time) at Beijing Home Delivery, SanyuanQiao.

Job Summary:

• Collecting and delivering products to customers around Beijing. You'll be communicating with our customers, meeting them, and working hard to provide them with the best service possible;
• You will also be doing some office work, especially recording details of the deliveries that you've made;
• This job is ideal if you speak good English, want to work in an English-speaking company, and like to work mostly outside the office and meet new people;

Job Details:

• You'll be responsible for collecting products from our suppliers and delivering orders to customers;
• Your primary goal is to ensure that our customers, mostly foreigners living in Beijing, are as happy as possible;
• You'll need to talk with our customers, make them feel comfortable, and understand how to help them;
• You'll be working directly with one of our delivery van drivers;
• You'll be working in a bilingual work environment, speaking about half Chinese and half English;

You should be:

• An excellent English speaker and native Chinese speaker;
• Very good at planning and organization;
• A friendly and trustworthy person, able to communicate well with people;
• Highly motivated to learn and improve the way you do things;
• Strong enough to carry heavy boxes when delivering to customers;
• Able to start work in August 2010.

Salary and Working Times:

• The salary is 3,000RMB - 4,000RMB per month, accommodation and meals not included. This salary is likely to increase gradually over time so long as you perform well.
• We also provide bonuses for good performance;
• Delivery staff usually work for 5 days per week, but it's also possible to work 4 days per week if you wish to;
• You'll often need to work until late in the evening, around 8pm or even 9pm, but will also be able to start work later in the mornings.
